This very short daily meditation is created by Dr Shivi Rayar (under 3 mins) to help create a daily practice for at least 30 days, to create new neural circuits in the brain, for the healthiest version of yourself. The more you can 'think' and 'feel' the healthiest version of yourself and be (carry out actions) the healthiest version of yourself, the more the body follows the 'program' you put into it.
